  1. Unless your house is part of a development, you probably can't. Your blueprints should be available at the County Assessor's Office, and you can purchase a copy for a fee.
  2. I agree with christine c If you have purchased a home in a new subdivision, you might be able to find your prints on the builder's website ie: UShomes, Lennox, DiVosta, Centex to name a few of the really large developers. If you live in Florida, you can see you house every fourth lot on alternating sides about 4 feet away from your neighbors :-P
  3. all houses should have plans... depending where you are in the world in the Uk they keep them at the land registry office... if you are looking for new plans to buils a house try here... http://www.builderhouseplans.com they are great and they are all online to do as you wish
