  2. I don't know what you mean when you say indianduplex, but I've see duplex house plans on this home plan website. You can search by the features you need such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms or even the width. You might find what you are looking for if you check it out. In the left column, toward the bottom of the home page they have different categories listed that you can click on - duplexes and larger unit designs. http://www.thehouseplanshop.com/
  3. Some Indian real estate agencies around Delhi, Bombay, Bangalore etc. do show some floor plans of condominium or rental homes. If you want to build your own you have to search for a building contractor or agents that are in that line of business. There may be some north American home plans that are adaptable to India depending upon what kind of climate you are living in.
