  3. I am not sure about a website but you can go to best buy or a store like that and buy a cd-rom for you computer called house suites that you can build the hole house from the ground up.
  4. Check out Google Sketchup at http://sketchup.google.com/. Depending on how much you want to do yourself and how technical you are, this could be what you want.
