I have a "safewatch plus" home alarm system by ADT. I do not have it monitored, but it functions properly.

I have been able to turn the "chimes" off that sound when opening a door, but it makes a loud BEEP when you enter each code numeral into the panel and wakes my baby boy. Is there any way I can turn the BEEP down or off without paying $135 per hr. for a tech to come to my house and do it? Would it be easy to relocate to another wall if your "handy."

2. If i remember correctly the beep on that keypad cannot be adjusted....and its not too hard to simply take off and reinstall...just pull the powere suppy plug out before you do it and note where the 4 wires go,,,,,on the keypad....or some have simply a clip
