How much labor for installing 6" hexagon flooring tile per square foot? $5 + $3 / sq.ft.?
We really wanted to install 1" hex but our installer said there's too much flex on the floor and the hex tile was too thin for floors. Found a 6" hex tile that is 5/16" thick but am afraid the installation costs will skyrocket.

- Install should be about the same or less. I would fix the floor before putting down the tile regardless of size. Flex in the floor will cause grout to crack in the future and tiles to loosen up.
