i need to know whayt to charge per sq foot for the following construction work and so forth tile flooring . painting. siding drywall. hang and finishing. room remodels roofing and windows and doors

  2. Sounds like a major renocation project is under way!! If you are asking these questions, then I will assume you are looking for a fair market value quote!! Put the work out for tender, and follow the quotation processes! You should get at least THREE quotes for each aspect of the project. I would suggest you call in at least three general contractors to bidd on the job. ASk for a detailed quote, not just a ball park number! You want labor rates, mateials costs, and time estimates. What about permits? Whose responsibility is it for those? Insurance? Who's going to cover the insurance to cover damage or loss, in other words, liability insurance? The contractors in your area know the trade standards. Use their knowledge to price the project!
