Yellowing On Vinyl Flooring Under Rubber Backed Bath Rugs?
What caused this? I've tryed everything to remove the yellowing. The vinyl flooring is white and I even tryed bleaching the area. Any suggestions or ideas? We have to keep the rugs over the area now just to hide the ugly yellowing.

- It's a reaction between the finish of the floor and the latex in the rug backing. There are some chemicals you can get from antique stores that might remove the yellowing. Ask for wood restoring stuff. Vinyl flooring isn't expensive and it's easy to put in. Is it time for a decorating change?
- There's been a chemical reaction between the vinyl and the rug backing. These backings are not rubber, usually chemical compositions. Don't have any idea that it can be corrected.
