  1. Good Morning Yes you can get cork flooring. its around 5 to 7 dollars a square foot in Canada. Go to a flooring store or Home Depot.
  2. I am not aware of any wood that is waterproof. Wood is a porus material. Even if you found such a material, you would need to worry about the underlayment if a large amount of water was dumped on the flooring. Cork floors are available and are being used in many new homes plus in remodels.
