How to check Genuine PC hardware?

I am purchasing new PC. I want to make sure that all parts are genuine and new. So is there any tool or technique which can be used to accomplish this task without opening PC cabinet. Configuration that I am planning to buy is: Intel P4 Core2Duo 2.0 GHz Original Intel 945 Motherboard 1GB DDR RAM 160 GB SATA HDD DVD RW

1. Once the parts are out of the packaging, you cannot tell if they have been installed somewhere else. The Hard Drive MIGHT have data on it if it were used - or be unformatted - but if I were going to cheat someone with "used" hardware as "new", I would just use a disk wiping software and you would no longer find any trace of previous use.
