  1. there are about a million different types of containers you can choose from but, a couple of suggestions I would offer....buy containers that you are able to see through, don't buy too big (you'll just end up with a new pile of random junk), divide items down into the smallest categories possible. Assess your drawers/cabinets or wherever you are going to store the containers and decide what type of containers would fit best. Be sure lids are easy enough to remove but, are secure enough so that they don't become accidently dislodged. Hope that helps to get you started!! Don't forget to look in the housewares and in the hardware dept--tool boxes, tackle boxes are good too.
  2. To get organised, first of all you will have to get a conatiner or containers if the items are more. Then put the the item as per the requirement .Eg. For measuring tools, put the tools in one box and as for the medicine, put these items in another one ,so that U can get it easily. If the case in the Office, all U have to do is put requsition for cabinet along with files with many drawers to file the documents .Easy to look for it.
  3. There are stores full of baskets and all kinds of holders for stuff.....look them up in your yellow pages under organization stores.
  4. for stuff in desk drawers try using an old silverware holder they work great for separating pens and paper clips also for stuff on the counter tops try using small wicker baskets they work great for medicine cabinet first go through it and get rid of everything that is out dated then place only what you use every day in there the rest place in a basket under the sink where you can find it as for the measuring tools try hanging them on the wall (only if able to) by the stove or where it is easy for you to reach them for the office try small wicker or plastic baskets
  5. A good organizer tray to use for drawers is a flatware tray, you know, the one with the different sections for spoons, forks, etc and an ice tray with big cube sections. Just start putting like items that are the most common items into the different sections. You can group things together that are the not so common items if you don't have enough compartments. Try to keep the drawers with the same type items in them, like desk items in one drawer, batteries, extension cords in another, and so on. And even have a actual "junk" drawer that you put all the oddball stuff into. But you may have to keep that one cleaned out now and then to keep it from become a "bad" place. Good luck, and I hope this is helpful.
  6. You have too many questions to write it all down. My suggestion is to tune into the teli and watch some organization shows. You will get ideas there. Clean Sweep and Clean House for your home, neat, organization, ect for office stuff. I watch them on Saturday. Check your guide and watch for helpful hints. (Even home hints can help in an office setting.)
