i have the tools and the know how to build kitchen cabinets. do i use air dried or kiln dried wood and why?

i am wanting to build them out of cherry wood and cherry veneer plywood.

  1. Kiln dried. Generally has less warps to deal with.
  2. It really shouldn't matter as long as the wood is dry. I like the moisture content of the stock I use to be between 7%, and 10%. A decent moisture meter will run you about 130.00 dollars.
