Theoritical Question For a book i am writing?

Okay. So let's say there's a hallway full of lockers in a locker room. At the End of the locker room, there is a restaurant/bar. No one is eating in the bar. The bartender is washing dishes and cleaning up to close the restaurant. He can see a locker in the hallway 3 lockers down from the door. It is a liquor cabinet. A man walks in with his friend and steals a bottle of liquor (through distractions, trickery, etc). How doethe two men steal the liquor? Thank you. I am not, i repeat, NOT stealing. I am writing a novel and this is the part in the novel where the bartender gets fired and accused of cheating, lying, etc. Do you have any ideas on how teh two men steal liquor? The cabinet is wide open. The setting includes a golf course in the back and a parking lot also. the locker is for the liquor supply for the bar. there is a janitor walking around in the locker room. men do have access to lockers normally. you can rent out a locker, although this liquor locker is used for the bar supply.

  1. I'd need more information. What kind of lockers are these? Are they employee lockers and one just happens to have liquor in it? Do the men have access to them normally? Is there a watchman?
  2. One of the two men engages the bartender in a distracting situation. He has a golf ball with a big DENT in it-a dimple type dent. he goes on about "Have you ever seen such a thing-I just hit it with a (brand name )driver and this is what happened. he drops the ball , it rolls over and falls behind the bar and while the bar tender is chasing the ball.... While his back is to the cabinet the second man steals the liquor-putting it in his golf bag, going up to the bar tender, ordering a drink, chit chat, and they walk away.   3. one of the two men may go in and tell the bartender there has been in an accident in the parking lot and pull him away, while he is away, the other guy goes, steals the liquor sits at the bar and leaves out the other side etc etc just an idea
