Does storing liquor in a garage cabinet affect it? It can get up to 100 degrees in the summer.?

  1. Very much so. Liquor, opened or not should be stored in a cool dry place our of sunlight. Like your basement for example. Stored like this they last up to two years, in your garage, I'd say their garbage.
  2. the heat will crystalize the sugars in the alcohol. should be stored in dry cool area. but even if in ideal area, if it is kept for too many years it will not be any good.
