I want to compare comparables in a neighborhood that I'm considering purchasing a home. Is there some formula that is used to see if I'm getting a good deal? For instance, price per square foot ( which is all over the board in this market). Is there a set amount added for things such as a pool, new cabinets, hardwood flooring, three car vs two car garage.
