fiberboard?

which is better to install in garage cabinet door and shelves made of fiberboard or preswood what's the difference which last longer....pls. help i got price quote for 5 different garaga company and non explain to me what the difference betwen the two....thanks...rowena@100islands.com

1. Fiberboard is made up I believe of different paper fibers and wouldn't last long before it warped. Pressed wood is made up I believe of wood chips and sawdust glued together making it a stronger shelving board. I would use the later.
